The SAGE Room - King Bed with private bathroom

The "Sage" room, on the first floor has a king bed, down comforters, private bathroom with extra large shower, A/C, ceiling fan and TV/DVD. Vintage pickled oak furniture from the early 1950’s, a beautiful glass doored bookcase from the 1930’s filled with 160 Art, history, science fiction and other books, eclectic art and accessories and 26 yards of custom made draperies complete this comfortable room. The new bathroom has an extra large custom made shower area (large enough for 2), a stained glass window made by local artisans, exposed antique brick chimney with slate shelves

The ALPINE room - Queen Bed with private bathroom

The "Alpine" room, on the second floor, has a queen bed, down comforter and private bathroom, TV/DVD/VCR with surround sound, ceiling fan and A/C. The Alpine room feels like you have stepped into an Austrian pensione with its cathedral ceiling, exposed beams, eclectic mix of vintage furniture and charming European accessories. Custom made drapes with room darkening fabric, a bookcase of over 160 history, classic Literature, gardening, home improvement and other books will help you ease into a restful sleep. The new bathroom has exposed beams and antique brick chimney, a checkerboard marble floor, a stained glass window made by local artisans and one of the coolest shower units you have ever seen.

The LIBRARY Room - Full bed with shared bathroom

The "Library" room on the first floor, has a double bed, down comforter with a hall bathroom with tub & shower that is shared with the patio room. This room has a ceiling fan, A/C and flat screen TV/DVD. Step back in time in the Library, crown molding and a custom bookcase filled with over 400 Art, history, science fiction, travel, Cape and other books surround you in this cozy, comfortable room. The Tall Victorian oak bed is from the turn of the century, the armoire from the 1930’s and vintage accessories from many periods.

The "Sage" and the "Library" rooms have a connecting door and can form a 2-bedroom suite that share the Sage room private bathroom with shower, great for keeping an eye on the kids.

The PATIO Room - Full bed with shared bathroom

The "Patio" room on the first floor, has a double bed, down comforter with a hall bathroom with tub & shower that is shared with the Library room. This room has a ceiling fan, A/C and flat screen TV/DVD. The patio room overlooks the plant filled patio and has its own private access to this garden oasis. This cozy room has crown molding, wainscoting, a Maple bed from the 1940’s, a small maple dresser is in the closet.
