RESERVATION PROCESS/RATES:

All weeks are $2500.00 per week plus a $500.00 refundable security deposit.

Payment #1 ($1500.00) made through PayPal or mailed check

Initial payment of $1500.00 USD as down payment to book & reserve your week.
($1000.00 USD plus *$500.00 USD security deposit due at booking)

*$500.00 returned within 30 days of rental, per lease contract agreement.

Once Initial payment received the Lease will be e-mailed or mailed to you for your review and return.

Payment #2 ($1500.00) made through PayPal or mailed check

$1500.00 USD due 1 month before visit.

**All Reservations after May 1st must be paid in full.
